..the course turned into 10 years. During that time we started to write our first book. Because we wanted the whole world to know what we had learned. We felt these skills were so freighting to parents and freighting to children. We titled the book "Liberated parents. Liberated children." We wanted parents to know that there were better ways to deal with anger. That there're alternatives to punishment and specific skills that actually invite children to want to cooperate. And there were also new ways to praize and new ways to encourage children to take responsibility. And free them from playing roles that too feed them. Here we have methods that help children grow into caring and confident adults. After a first book was published we began to lead parent groups ourselves.
