While some work has obviously been invested in the thesis, the document has an overall severe lack of focus and structure. A very limited number of resources is used for the literature review which is far to broad and does not lead towards any particular research question. The literature review takes proportionally too much space

in the thesis.

The executive summary does not provide the necessary elements to help the reader understand the research objective, the research question, the methods used and the

contribution of the research.

Methodology section: It is not possible to understand how, where, why the study has actually been realized. The descriptions are highly general and do not give any

precise information on the sample, and the questions asked. At different moments of the work the study changes from "qualitative" to "qualitative AND quantitative", and from "semi-structured" interviews to questions using answer scales from 1-10.

It is not clear where data comes from and the presentation of results should be better separated from its analysis. Both analysis and conclusion are extremely brief

and the link with the literature review remains unclear.

To help this work pass the minimum standard, the following actions are required:

· Rewrite executive summary

· Better structure headlines

Rewrite methodology section (cut out all repetitions, just write the essential: which method, objectives of research, sample details).
