Прежде чем я перейду к делу, хочу предупредить вас сразу, что хоть Русский и мой родной язык, вся моя работа ориентирована на запад. Поэтому описание проекта будет на английском, и отвечать вас тоже прошу на английском. Ибо для нашего сотрудничества знание английского языка (для понимания спецификаций и переписки с клиентом) обязательна. Если будете отвечать на Русском – буду игнорировать сразу.

So, ok, let me tell about myself now. I work and live in Finland, almost all of my clients are either from Europe or United States. I position myself on International market because I have experience working in it and I have the connections.
Not long ago I have launched my independent business, an "all included, turn-key" design studio:
Right now I'm the only man in the studio and I do all the work myself. I look for clients, consult them, design layouts, write my own HTML/CSS markup, develop on WordPress and even handle most of jQuery. However I decided to move along the designers and entrepreneurs path because it gives me the most satisfaction. Also, I am pretty anal about my HTML markup so I might do that also myself, but it depends on the workload.
So what I am going to provide is: a steady flow of work and money, design and HTML/CSS markup.
What I am looking to outsource for a developer is:
1). All of my jQuery. (IMPORTANT!)
I mostly use common User Interface tools such as sliders, carousels, custom forms, tabs, dropdowns and overlays. Nothing too complicated, mostly you'd need to copy-paste the original code and modify it. As you can see I can handle most of it myself and I'm by no means a jQuery expert. So ff you are familiar with JavaScript and jQuery libraries that should be piece of cake for you. If not, then you're not my man.
2). WordPress Development (IMPORTANT!)
Most (if not all) of my websites are based on WordPress. It's free and clients LOVE it. Also I plan to develop Premium WordPress themes and sell them on Themeforest. So you have to be able to create a Premium Class theme, you need to be able to take my design and HTML markup and create an up-and-running dynamic website. If you have your own WordPress Framework that would be even better. Please note, that you would have to support and maintain the websites, so having a Framework you are familiar with would make your job easier.
3). Custom PHP (CAN BE A PLUS)
You never know what kind of idea a client can have, so you should be able to write your custom code (wel most often that could a WordPress plug-in or a data parser).
As for your personal qualities, you should be:
An independent freelancer or a part of a small company (I'm not interested in big companies, and I don't want to work with a project manager, I am looking for a straight connection!)
Available via Skype at most of your working time. (this meand that you should be a full-time freelancer)
Be creative (if you have great ideas on how to improve your work, go on with it, you have all the freedom to try new things and grow as a better developer).
Have an independent professional opinion (don't try to please the client, if you know what's best – stand your ground).
Have a "can-do" attitude.
Have passion for what you do.
