Добрый день
Имеется шаблон bootstrap 4 (в приложении)
Когда загрузил шаблон через FTP на хостинг, сайт заработал, а форма отправки нет.
Почта и хостинг у одного провайдера, емаил отправки совпадает с существующим у хостинг провайдера, но пишет что Sorry, it seems that my mail server is not responding. Please try again later!

Провайдер пишет что надо использовать библиотеки:
PHPMailer – github.com/PHPMailer/PHPM...
Swift Mailer – swiftmailer.symfony.com

Предложить сроки и сумму решения проблемы
