Education is a tool with the help of which we build the way to our success and better future. As Aristotle said : “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.» This statement proves, that if you are educated and intelligent person, you have more privileges in society. But why is it important to obtain a degree? The knowledge we got in schools provides us with basic information, that enable us to be a part of society, to understand the laws of the universe, to be able to acquire more knowledge if we want to. However, studying at the university is something different. This period of our life helps to define our personality and the next steps that should be made to be more successful. If a person learned the profession he/she is really interested in, his/her personal growth would be enormous. But it is not true, that the person who didn`t have a degree is a person without any perspective in life. Many people live and work without any degree, but many people with Diplomas do not able to get a job. This situation on the job market is explained by several reasons. Firstly, when a person with high education is not able to get a job, that is suitable to the profession he/she learned, this person might have low qualification skills due to the lack of knowledge.
