About Us

We are a growing legal services company operating across the United States. We use modern cloud-based tools to manage client communications and internal operations. We are looking for a reliable technical specialist to support and maintain our core systems on an ongoing basis.

Key Systems

  • Bitrix24 (CRM, pipelines, automations, integrations)
  • RingCentral (cloud telephony, users, call flows, analytics)

  • Clio (legal practice management, user access, integrations)

Responsibilities

Administer and support Bitrix24 (CRM setup, workflows, automations, user management)

  • Manage RingCentral telephony (users, extensions, call routing, queues, IVR)

  • Support Clio (user access, permissions, basic configuration)

  • Ensure proper integrations between CRM, telephony, and Clio

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support a remote team

  • Manage access control, backups, and basic security measures

  • Document system configurations and processes

  • Coordinate with SaaS providers when needed

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Bitrix24

  • Experience with RingCentral

  • Knowledge of Clio

  • Understanding of SaaS systems, user access management, and basic integrations

  • Fluent English

  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

Experience with Zapier / Make / API integrations
