Sync Whatsapp chats to Telegram

1. We know of two methods, please tell us if you know of more options?

A) Whatsapp Web JS library
1) we currently have this implemented but its got lots of problems 
2) The user’s session self-destructs within 6-12 hours.
3) At some point, the session may stop working without leaving any errors.
4) In realtime, messages will selectively fail to sync. Its not for example after 10 mins idle or anything logicall it just selectively doesn't sync one random message in the middle of a conversation
5)  When restarting the session while messages are being synced, they get duplicated.

B) Whatsapp API 
1) We have would like someone with experience here,  
2) Whats the pros and Cons in terms of whatsapp API vs. JS library? Can we sync reactions via api? Is it more stable? Does it cost money, we need multi sessions but can't currently etc.

2. Overview of the current project
A) Basically it gives you the ability to create telegram groups with telegram users and selectively two way sync threads or entire conversation to whatsapp users
B) Its actually incredible and something that has never been done before, for example if you are quoting a new part for your car you can speak with 10 sellers about the same topic from one telegram group and they dont see eachothers messages
C) for a CRM, you can add team members to a group about a big client, and only speak to client when you want (Swipe reply to the client synced thread) while keep all communications internal with the team in the same group.
