seeking a senior react developer

Hello, How are you?
I have a react project which has some bugs in running the project and also it  needs to be updated now.
It was developed 3 years ago so I think that there would be something to be updated, especially the current UI.
After installing the node modules, even if  I type "npm start", it doesn't run suceessfully.
I can see some bugs which I have never seen before while running.
Currently, it doesn't have a live link.
I want you to fix the bugs for me.
And also I want stunning and clean UI, which must be based on the current UI.
I want you to check the initial UI kindly and share with  me the viewpoints, budgets and timeline for the new UI for me.
