iPhone solution

We are interested in creating an APP for iPhones and other SmartPhones for the Company speciailzed in  international trading of mobile phones and other electronics.

The solution will be based on existing server-side used for regular web-solution. Current web solution is ASP based.

Requirements:
1. Ability to search for all available offers and requests
a. option of choosing which models (favorites) you want to see all the
time when you refresh
2. List all available offers & requests by
a. price
b. spec (specifically spec and warranty)
c. date created
3. Highlight top offers
a. marked by administrator
b. most searched
c. best price (aka super duper)
4. All individual offers & requests to connect user to his sales agent
5. Show current auctions
6. Ability to bid in auctions (or link to website to bid)
7. Submit offer & request
8. My  
a. view, edit, delete offers & requests
b. view, edit "favorites" list
