We are looking for a partner that can assist us with converting CAD drawings of residential communities + individual residential units to a web app running a 3D web plug-in, plug-in need to be cross-browser friendly and support at least iPhone 7 or equivalent on android. Detail level from CAD drawings need to be preserved but minimal hardware requirements need to be considered to give the end-client a smooth experience across any device. Each project will consist of a residential community of varying size + between 4-8 residential units, much similar to the community in the example link here ->
We need separate prices based on two technologies described below, in both cases you will be provided ready CAD drawings with full detail, lighting and textures, see CAD example here ->
Kindly provide pricing for the following two technologies broken down per 1-6 below:
a) Pre-render (high res pics with fixed vantage points) – CHEAP OPTION
b) Live-render (unreal 3D engine or equivalent) – EXPENSIVE OPTION
For a) and b) above please provide the following break-down:
1. Estimated starting price, based on demo link above, for first community + web app based on a commitment of 25 communities / year
2. Estimated price, based on demo link above, per additional community based on a commitment of 25 communities / year
3. Estimated cubic meter price, based on demo link above, for 2) above (+/- detail level uncertainty)
4. We are looking for a production time of maximum 4 months for the first community + web app / plug-in, is this achievable given a commitment suggested under 1?
5. We are looking for a production time of 60 days for additional communities, is this achievable given a commitment suggested under 1?
6. Please provide a simple 3D demo of the web app / plug-in suggested (with iphone detail 7 level)
