We have an online food ordering platform. I wanna integrate this POS system into our website so that restaurants can receive orders on their POS system and print them in store. It requires a web service that can send the information through to the POS using Order and Print functions in the attached document.

It SOAP web service provided by 3rd Party library (Indy). It run's as an self contained application on onetap customers computer. All web commands are "GET" with orders details being passed as parameters. It quite a simple application with no authentication needed to communicate to it.
users can place orders from multiple places on our website. we currently break down the orders and send them to corresponding restaurants. they currently see orders on their dashboard on our website.
a number of restaurants use this POS system that I want to integrate. so I want their orders to be sent from our backend to the POS and they should be able to print it then.
