IOS application development and design

I am looking for help in the developing and designing a prototype of iOS application (at 1st stage) for our project.





The iOS app should do the following:



1. UserA launches the app and types in a message (i.e. looking for coldplay concert tickets). On the next window he will chose the categories for his request (delivery , home service ,car service, lessons...)

2. This messages gets pushed/sent to all the other users who are subscribed under category (Music Concerts/Tickets)

3. Lets say 50 Users received this message. Only two were interested in replying

4. User B and User C will reply to original message sent by UserA with notification.User A will receive a notification from each service provider with details of the offer- price, time, profile of the service provider.Beside sending a notification with offer , all users – customer and service provider must be able to chat (including text, photo and video sharing, calling).So if service provider need more details before final offer , he can get them thought the chat or call thought the application



5. User A will then can continue chatting with Users B and C individually (two separate conversations) .And can decide to accept offer or to wait more.User A must able to push messages to all users -will be reflected in initial request.
