Необходимо перевести сложный текст договора. 150 000 знаков с пробелами, стоимость фиксированная – 22 т.р., сроки – 10 дней, плюс-минус. В заявке прошу выполнить тестовый перевод, без него заявки не рассматриваем! In consideration of and as an inducement for the granting, execution and delivery of the Lease dated on or about the date hereof (hereinafter called the "Lease"), by and between ХХХХХХХХХ ("Tenant"), and in further consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration paid by Landlord to the undersigned, ХХХХХХХ (hereinafter called "Guarantor"), intending to be legally bound hereby unconditionally guaranty, as Guarantor and as primary obligor, Tenant's Obligations (as hereinafter defined).

Guarantor does hereby become Guarantor to Landlord, for and with respect to Tenant's Obligations, and do hereby covenant and agree to and with Landlord, that if default shall at any time be made by Tenant, its successors and assigns, in any of Tenant's Obligations, Guarantor will immediately cure or remedy such default and perform such Tenant's Obligations.  This Guaranty is an absolute and unconditional guaranty of payment and of performance.  Guarantor's liability hereunder is direct and may be enforced without Landlord being required to resort to or exhausting any other right, remedy or security and this Guaranty shall be enforceable against Guarantor, their successors and assigns, without the necessity for any suit or proceeding on Landlord's part of any kind or nature whatsoever against Tenant, its successors and assigns, and without the necessity of any notice of non payment, non performance or non observance or the continuance of any such default or of any notice of acceptance of this Guaranty or of Landlord's intention to act in reliance hereon or of any other notice or demand to which Guarantor might otherwise be entitled, all of which Guarantor hereby expressly waive.  Notwithstanding any payment or payments hereunder, the Guarantor shall not be entitled to be subrogated to any of the rights of Landlord against Tenant under the Lease until all of Tenant's Obligations have been paid and performed in full.
