Android app with Bluetooth connectivity to specific device

Looking for experienced mobile app developer (Android and, optional, iOS) to develop an application allowing its user to control states of a specific device connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth. Communication over Bluetooth is using GAIA protocol (we provide GAIA spec, lib and example). The application is to be written in two stages: stage #1 (now) – prototype/proof-of-concept with very simplistic/non-production interface showing the basic ability to send commands and control the Bluetooth device; stage #2 (later) – production application with professionally designed, sleek GUI.
