Position: AddStore Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Create a network (about 20 people) of referrals in Your Region (working with referrals, explaining to them how to attract online shops, oversee all work)
• Ability to set KPI and achieve them
• Sign up online shops, Facebook shops and Instagram shops with addStore using your unique Referral link
• Ensure a gradual increase of shop sign ups within your managed network
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports

Rrequirements:
• Exceptional experience with affiliate and referral marketing
• Ability to find right people to create a network
• Excellent on-site presentation skills
• Ability to encourage and support people to achieve results
• Be an active user of the addStore and familiar with the product
• Access to existing database of potential customers (preferable but not mandatory)
• Ability to make cold sales
• Be strong and responsible leader
