wanted the professional for migrate from bitrix to vbulletin

I'm looking for the professional, who can make some improvement to vbulletin forum and gallery. 



1. you will have to move forum from Bitrix to vBulletin – the entire hierarchy, the entire structure, all attachments, all user data. Nothing should be lost. I'll give you the copy of bitrix db;



2. You will have to make some improvement for vbulletin gallery:

a) 1st gallery: every registered user can make his own gallery, any registered user can comment on photos. Moderators and Administrators can make any changes to any galleries through forum backoffice.

b) 2nd gallery: every registered user can make his own supergallery (root folder), where another registered user can create his photo subgallery, and he is the only one who can put photos into this subgallery. Any registered user can make comments for photos in subgalleries. Supergallery can include only subgalleries but no photos in it. Moderators and Administrators can make any changes to any galleries through forum backoffice.

c) 1st and 2nd galleries must support the vbulletin widgets: showing the best photo, the recently uploaded photo, the most commented photo; 



I'll show you the examples of how it must be working.



Everything that you do, should work with the general concept vBulletin: support the color themes, widgets and translated language files via xml (language packs); having no conflict with other modules, tuned in backoffice.

All changes you provide should be installed as a patch or several patches, preferably, must be installed through the backoffice. No manual code editing! All that you do should be documented. All diff files must be provided!. So, if you read this carefully, just start your application for the project with "off-road" word. Also, you must have your own CentOS test server. I'll give you vbulletin install pack – the base for our project.



In case of successful completion of the project, I'll be ready to offer permanent employment to support the project in the future.
