Fronted developer / team lead – long term time and material

We are looking for a JS developer / team lead for the client which is building a product that will compete with EverNote. Very experienced team of entrepreneurs, company has big potential, beta of product completed. Team lead would provide thought leadership on the future of the app across web and mobile platforms. Immediate coding work on both advanced JavaScript (jquery, backbone etc) and CSS styling and look  and feel. Currently about 7-8 devs in team... as team grows later this summer team lead will also manage junior front end developers.

Frontend developer / team lead requirements:
Javascript/JQuery
* Backbone.js in particular
* Understanding of consumer app architectures for web
* Good with REST/json interfaces
* Knowledgeable in enteprise-secure apps
* Agile development style, but rigorous coding standards (e.g.Continuous Integration)
* Capable of being tech lead
* Savvy in team development processes (source control/merging, build, generate code, etc)
* Good eye for design
* Able to handle both javascript and css (logic and styling) very well
* Good written and spoken English.
