Просьба всем кандидатам перевести следующий текст в качестве тестового задания:
The crankpin showed severe circumferential scoring, as well as blue discoloration in way of the BDC.
Material erosion in way of the BDC of the crankpin was measured as approx. 0.45 mm.
Based on the existing inspection results, further operation of the engine with this crankshaft installed is no longer permissible. The concentricity error measured is well beyond the tolerance admitted by MAN. Our experience in the past has shown that a reduction of all journals (specifically of the damaged journal) in order to eliminate the concentricity error present is not a viable repair proposition. Additionally, the found hardness of 400HB at the grinded spot in the depth of 4.8mm can also not be accepted.
Again experience shows that any crankshaft showing similar concentricity errors will have to be condemned.
