We(Houston based company) are looking for 1 technical support consultant who can support our complex Java system during our off hours. Java experience is not needed: a good Linux system administrator could do this work. The hours mean that the person would be needed for 8 hours a day starting at 5pm Houston time(1 AM Belarus time).Unfortunately, our business is a 24hr trading operation and our US team cannot handle this work load.
Our primary concern is quality, not price. Our budget is ample and flexible and will adapt to pay a fair price at local market rates. Several firms have been contacted to bid. Based on our technical tests, the candidate with best quality will win even if he’s the most expensive.
1. The Linux administrator will need verbal and read/write English skills. Phone conferences will be held often.
2. We would like to find an administrator within the next 30 days
3. This will be a permanent position
4. A voice interview is required, along with a go to meeting session so the candidate can show some of their skills in a Linux environment
