I worked with Roman on a Rust implementation of visibility graph algorithm. Roman was extremely proficient in Rust and delivered a very high quality end product. I was very impressed by his knowledge and vigor in developing the graph implementation. In addition Roman also finalized the entire project by packing the graph library into a docker container and exposing the API via Rocket based webservice. Throughout the process Roman was very responsive, and he acted quick on my suggestions/directions. In addition Roman was also proactive and came with suggestions of his own to improve the final product. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Roman, I can highly recommend him, and I very much hope to work with Roman again in the future.
