I initiated the implementation of online telephony for a call center and established real-time call management in the admin panel using WebSocket and WebRTC technologies, tailored for call center operations.

Additionally, I developed a JavaScript library with a unified interface to facilitate interaction with various telephony systems, which I am considering releasing as open source.

I also engineered a migrator tool to enable the use of Vue.js components within an Angular.js environment, as part of a broader project to transition from Angular.js to Vue.js version 2.6.

My work further extended to automating warehouse and accounting processes.

Moreover, I was responsible for setting up and configuring continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems.

Part of my duties also included writing comprehensive technical documentation.
