Specific Terms of a Business Contract 1. The objective was to first obtain a specific business contract that I would be using in this assignment. 2. It was required to identify specific contract terms and clauses within the chosen contract and discuss their importance. I was also required to discuss what the consequence to the performance of the contract if these specific terms were broken. 3. Finally I should have identified any exemption clauses in my chosen contract and discussed the effect of exemption clauses in attempting to exclude contractual liability.
