The Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is one of the leading Russian and world universities that trains specialists in 18 areas. For his department, the Institute of International Trade and Sustainable Development (IMTUR), it was necessary to design an electronic library website on which a large amount of information for students and teachers was structured and conveniently presented for perception. I have carefully worked out the structure of the future interface aimed at users of different types. The design approach was based on such principles as ease, intuitiveness and convenient presentation of text and graphic material. At the same time, the visual part should not have been overloaded and old-fashioned in terms of design. The final version, which was approved, was made in strict minimalism using small green color accents (the institute's activities are closely related to ecology).
