Automated order tracking with real-time alerts inside Google Sheets We built a custom notification bot that connects Google Sheets to Telegram — allowing our client to track book orders manually logged by the team and instantly notify managers when an order is marked as completed. The script monitors the spreadsheet for changes in the "Completed" column and sends real-time alerts to designated Telegram chats. Each message includes the customer’s name, email, book titles, platform, collector’s notes, price, and the team member who handled the order.
