Full Time Senior Developer for an AI-powered app (OCR)

Minimum requirements:
- Fluent English
- Foreign bank account for payments, the client can't remit money to a Russian bank account.
- Experience with Golan, React and implementing AI in apps via API (OpenAI / Google / OpenRouter)

The project:
An AI-powered document ingestion and workflow automation service for logistics operations.

Tech stack: 
Backend: Golang, framework – Gin, ORM – GORM
Database: MySQL / Azure SQL
AI: Google GenAI
Documents: PDF processing
Frontend framework: ReactJS
Styling: Tailwind CSS
Components: shadcn/ui

What stage it's at: foundation stage complete, in engineering terms it's validated ingestion prototype. Just past MVP. 

Scope of tasks: 
•⁠  ⁠OCR + document parsing for complex, inconsistent files via Google AI SDK
•⁠  ⁠Validation and error detection (nothing silently fails)
•⁠  ⁠Linking related documents into a single data view
•⁠  ⁠A simple review/approval UI
•⁠  ⁠Data export via APIs/CSV/XML 

Tenure: 
We need a developer for minimum the next 3 months 4//5 days per week. 
Potentially are looking for a technical founding partner. 

Tasks for short mid/term:  
•⁠  ⁠Building backend services that extract and validate data from unstructured documents (PDFs, scans, photos)
•⁠  ⁠Designing data models and APIs for structured, reviewable document data
•⁠  ⁠Developing web UIs to display documents alongside extracted fields
•⁠  ⁠Creating human-in-the-loop workflows for correction, warnings, and approval
•⁠  ⁠Surfacing errors, low-confidence fields, and system feedback clearly in the UI
•⁠  ⁠Exporting approved data via APIs and file formats (JSON / CSV / XML)
•⁠  ⁠Improving system reliability, performance, and observability end-to-end
