Goals:
- launch TikTok & IG accounts for english-speaking audience and drive their growth
- In 3 months develop a stable user acquisition channel for befront.io website (5k+ unique visits in Aug-22)
Functions:
- Take care of all the SMM routine
- Create, manage and oversee social media content
- Become a part of SMM strategy development team
- Manage and oversee external content productions
- Manage partnerships
Skills & experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- English C1+ (our target markets are US, UK and India - so advanced English level is a must have)
- Excellent awareness and sincere interest in UX/UI Design and Visual Art
- Skill of creating SM content on a turn-key basis: set Technical tasks for designers, write text, publish them
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media best practices
- Desire to create cool content full of statistics, metaphors, and memes.
- Good awareness of trending memes. If you do not know how Elon Musk and Dogecoin are related or who is Hide the Pain Harold – please don’t apply.
- Proficient analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Proactiveness and readiness to lead and perform
