Ruby on Rails Team Lead (remote)

German company is looking to setup and grow remote development team in Ukraine.
At initial stage you will work from home (...so fast internet is a must. Fast enough for Skyping).
When we prove our credibility German company is going to open offices in Kyiv or nearby city.
Requirements:
General:
1. Good English. At least technical reading/writing plus some verbal skills (enough for Skyping)
2. Team management (3-5+ people)
3. Honest and responsible.
4. You must have a team or be able to quickly build it.
Server side:
1. Ruby on Rails
2. MySQL
3. Frameworks, CMS, ready solutions (open source customization etc)
Client side:
1. HTML (DTD, tag’s semantics)
2. CSS
3. JavaScript (jQuery or alike) + Ajax
General programming:
1. Agile (Scrum)
2. ORM
3. IoC (lose coupling, dependency injection)
4. Continuous integration
5. SVN
6. Bug/issue tracking
7. ..other team tools.
