Our basic requirements for applicants:

3+ years experience in Web Development and Architecture
Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, С# .NET Framework 3.5, LINQ, T-SQL,entity framework;
Strong knowledge of HTML (especially browser compatibility issues),JavaScript,JQuery,AJAX;
knowledge of MS SQL Server, version control (SourceSafe or Subversion);
OOP, design patterns;
English (good spoken).

Will be good:
experience with Share Point
experience with MVC


Responsibilities:

Software design and architecture
Development of web-based application workflow
DB development & Queries optimization
Active participation in the preparation of technical specifications and functional descriptions.
Team Management (to manage a team of 7-8 developers);
Conversations with customer;
Code review;
Architecture design of system;
necessity to communicate with the customers in the evenings (2-3 times per week)
SCRUM calls
